First level of technical support is included with the CodeFluent Entities license through the forums that are available at http://forums.softfluent.com.
These forums allow the CodeFluent Entities developer community find answers to most common development questions and get a quick start to CodeFluent Entities.
With the Enterprise an Ultimate licenses, you get the possibility to ask a question directly to SoftFluent support team in private mode.
If you have clearly identified a bug in the product (and not a limit or evolution resquest), you can directly send an email to support_at_codefluent.com with the following elements:
- A scenario that reproduces the behavior including CodeFluent Entities model and necessary code (in text mode)
- A link to CodeFluent Entities technical documentation explaining the expected behavior that does not match the observed one
Priority support
Additionnally, we offer priority support through subscription request packs that provide the following benefits :
- Questions can be sent through email,
- Guaranteed response time of 48 working hours,
- Tracking of your different requests for the same company,
- Recredited request if related to a bug of our product.
